Prerequisites
In order to use Proofpoint's Security Awareness Training (SAT) platform, the following conditions must be met:
- SAT must be purchased as a separate add-on (but it works alongside any Proofpoint package)
- All active domains must be verified in Proofpoint. However, having the relay enabled is not required.
- All users must be imported into Proofpoint
Once the SAT add-on is purchased, there will be a new option available in the top-left portion of the Proofpoint portal called Security Awareness:
