About the Constant Edge Support Team


Our team of support engineers is split between the US and the UK to ensure that someone will be available when you need us. Although our support mainly focuses on the products we supply, we will often help you troubleshoot issues with other platforms that may interact with these services (i.e. O365 issues, DNS misconfiguration, etc.)


Hours of Operation


Our normal support hours are from 4:00am to 6:00pm EST / 9:00am to 11:00pm BST, Monday through Friday. However, you can always reach out to us for emergencies. For normal priority issues, you should expect to receive a response from our team within 4 hours.

If the nature of your issue is not related to one of the above services, whether we can assist is at the discretion and skill level of the engineer who serves you. For example, troubleshooting a mail flow issue with O365 is likely within our scope, but configuring a device like a router or firewall is not.
